Return Policy

Product(s) may be returned or exchanged due to manufacturer defects only.  Misuse of product does not constitute a defect. Returns must be mailed back by Purchaser with original receipt and packaging and received within 30 days of purchase date. Refund will be given via original method of payment.

Purchaser will be issued a refund for product only. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable; however if customer requests a replacement in lieu of a refund, Seller will ship the new product at Seller’s cost and by Seller’s selected shipping method.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly-shipped item(s), please contact us and enter EXCHANGE in the subject line.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipment date for your account to be credited, and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing will be delayed as we attempt to contact you for complete information.

Free shipping – from time to time we offer free shipping for certain sized orders or as a part of other specials. These offers apply to ground shipping only via the carrier of our choice.
